Peter is Australia's top data and technology business lawyer. A founding partner of Gilbert + Tobin, he is currently the principal of Data Synergies and part-time Professor of Practice at UNSW. Peter focuses on business transactions with significant data, regulatory and cross-border complexities. He also serves on the Australian Treasury’s Data Standards Advisory Committee, the NSW Government AI Review Committee, which reviews major applications of automated decision making and AI by NSW government agencies, and the NSW statutory Information and Privacy Advisory Committee, which provides the NSW government with information, advice, assistance and training to deliver information and privacy management practices.

Alice is a globally experienced senior executive with expertise in strategy, undertaking complex transformation and digital capability. Across her expansive career, Alice has worked across diverse industries and led large international teams, established new businesses, as well as growing existing ones. As a former Partner leading IBM's digital business practice, she has also worked on commercialising new and emerging technologies as well as integrating them into existing operations. In addition to advising a number of startups, Alice is currently a Director on the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria Foundation Board, an Associate in Executive Education with Melbourne Business School where she focuses on digital transformation and leadership, and COO at Moonshot, a leading space-tech incubator.
